Derek Anderson

Let me introduce you to L.A.'s Lil' Smooth

D.A. Lil' Smooth. Whatever teammates and opposing players call Los Angeles Clippers' Derek Anderson, chances are they're talking to his back. That's because the 6'5", 195 lb. shooting guard is already driving to the hole - alone!

Derek Anderson, first round pick of the Cleveland Cavaliers in 1997, has found his place with the hungry and improving L.A. Clippers. Inside, outside, and at the line, Derek Anderson is becoming a premier offensive weapon.

But the spotlight is nothing new to D.A. While playing for the University of Kentucky Wildcats, Derek led that storied college basketball program to another National Championship. It was his three-pointer with time winding down that helped bury Syracuse for good. At Kentucky, Derek found enough study time between viewings of 'Scarface' (his favorite movie) to earn his degree in Pharmacy.

Below are Derek's personal responses to your e-mail questions!
